I truly enjoyed the hotel. It was clean with the best and excellent cooperating staff at check-out. - the property was stylish and in a very central location. - There was a bright restaurant, the Christmas market, and a market next door.

This stylish place has incredibly helpful staff who efficiently handled our car and luggage during check-in and check-out; we would certainly come back.

This absolutely pristine hotel (newly opened) is very close to the Neumarkt. All the major tourist sights in Dresden were within walking distance. Exceptionally friendly, well dressed and efficient multilingual staff. We stayed in the Grand Room. The room is spacious, light and modern with a green colour scheme. State-of-the-art shower system in the bathroom and good water pressure. Very fast and stable internet WIFI. Complementary tea/coffee and water provided. The TV system looked good although did not have time to use it. They even provide a pillow menu which I did not try although it was intriguing concept. A delightful stay which made my holiday in Dresden even more enjoyable.

I stayed here for a christmas and would definitely return here. My comfort room and bed were spacious. Had a shower, hair dryers and bath robes in the bathroom...

it was well-equipped and nicely decorated, good enough for walking around. i got quiet bedroom, the stay was fine overall, and had late check-out. location: the hotel was near to dresden christmas markets right in centre and all museums.
